Having snacks at the office is necessary for you to stay fuelled and focused when you need it the most. Ditch the vending machine and take out some time prior to coming to work for preparing some snacks. Let’s check out these healthy snacks you can devour to maintain the zest at work.

Makhana(Fox nuts or Lotus seeds)
This desi snack is a very popular fasting dish in India which is low in cholesterol, fat and sodium and high in carbohydrates.
