The Designer from Egypt who plans to take over the world of fashion with her Hijab

She looks like any ordinary girl you could happen to meet by chance but the brilliant fashion ideas behind that ordinary face aren’t ordinary at all. And that is the reason she is one of the youngest fashion entrepreneurs you could happen to come across. The woman we are talking about started her mission at the tender age of 19 by studying every single brand of clothing that came out from 1960 to 2016. That woman is Sarah Bahaa.

Uncertain start turns into an appreciable venture

She skipped an academic year at the Art school and that was when she discovered the innovation and passion within her. She made sketches of clothes. Then started designing them. Today she designs them for kids, mothers, veiled women, unveiled women. She designs for everybody that comes to her, for this is her passion. Being 21 and having been in the market for less than a year, it is indeed surprising to see her come up with 2 collections every year. One for winter and the other for summer. Having said that it is no wonder that she is almost always asked ‘who is she wearing’. To which this woman humbly says that she dressed herself up. She sees that they don’t know her yet and also that her best is yet to come.

Apart from her passion and will what keeps her going is a sense of responsibility that she feels towards fashion. She feels fashion is something that everyone should in a position to choose. With this kind of a will, dedication and intention, I am sure she is here to stay for a very long time and prove herself to not only all the people in the market but to the entire world. In my opinion a woman who knows how to build and also knows how to protect it is certain to achieve what she aspires to – and Sarah Bahaa is just that kind of a woman.

She is not just another woman dreaming about fashion, she is a woman with a vision about fashion and this vision is as enormous as the pyramids in her hometown Egypt. Coming from the land of sand, she surely knows how to leave her footprints on the fashion map of the world.
